Biopsy Book Information

Handling of biopsy log books for all clinical sites (CSM General Dermatology, CSM Mohs, Des Peres General Dermatology, Des Peres Cosmetics, Des Peres Mohs) follow the Biopsy Log Book Policy (APPENDIX A).

Depending on the number of first year residents the months will be equally divided for all clinics (CSM and Des Peres—General Dermatology, Cosmetic Dermatology and Mohs) (for example, if there are four, first year residents, each will be responsible for a total of three months of the academic year that they are first years).  The residents continue to have ownership of those months initially assigned to them during their first year for the entirety of their residency.
