Missouri Dermatological Society

This annual meeting of our state Dermatological society takes place each fall.  The meeting takes place over a weekend and usually includes case presentations of interesting patients and lectures by local, regional and national dermatologists.  Second-year residents may attend the meeting after review and approval of the meeting agenda in regards to appropriate academic content by the Program Director.  When requested, they are expected to give presentations at the meeting.  Unless prior approval is granted by the Program Director, the residents are expected to attend the meeting in its entirety.  A $500 stipend will be provided to the residents as needed to cover travel-related expenses. When held in St. Louis, all residents are allowed to attend; however, no stipend is given when the meeting is in St. Louis.
