Time Away Requests

Regarding planned time away for academic meetings (including, but not limited to, the AAD and Missouri Dermatologic Society meetings), it is the resident’s responsibility to ensure that all of their responsibilities are covered before committing to time away from the program.

You must officially request time away using BOTH the Time Away Request AND the Travel Audit Form. Both of these forms MUST be completed at least 60 days in advance.

Clinics CANNOT be modified with less than 60 days notice.
